Private Health Insurance

We offer on-the-spot health fund claims via HICAPS. This means you only need to pay the gap amount after your claim has been processed—no extra hassle!

You can claim for Myotherapy and Manual Lymphatic Drainage consultations if you have private health insurance extras. Please check with your health fund to confirm whether you are covered for myotherapy services and to get an estimate of your rebate amount.

Important: All fees, including any gap payments, must be settled by the patient at the time of the appointment.
CANCELLATION POLICY
At Myotherapy Plus Clyde North, we strive to make your experience as seamless as possible. That’s why we do not ask for deposits when you book an appointment.
However, we kindly ask that you respect our cancellation policy.
Late cancellations made within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment will incur a 50% fee of the total consultation cost. This is because last-minute cancellations often prevent us from filling the spot, which impacts other patients in need of care.
Failure to attend a scheduled appointment without notice will result in a full fee charge.
This policy helps ensure the smooth running of our practice and the best availability for all our clients.
