Ashlee Crisp
Director, Myotherapist & Pilates Instructor
Ashlee graduated as a Myotherapist from RMIT in 2020. She has since expanded her expertise by completing certificates in both matwork and reformer Pilates in 2021. Ashlee has a passion for working with patients with chronic pain, particularly those with fibromyalgia, though she enjoys the diversity that comes with treating a wide range of conditions in the general population.
In her spare time, she loves being active, regularly attending Pilates classes, heading to the gym or going for a morning swim. She also loves spending time with her dog, Biscuit, and her bunny, Peanut.

Courtney Gal
Myotherapist & Pilates Instructor
After graduating as a Myotherapist from RMIT in 2019, Courtney has worked across a number of local clinics, as well as elite sporting clubs, including Richmond Football Club. She later completed her certificates in both Mat and Reformer Pilates. Courtney’s passion as a Myotherapist is to educate her clients on the benefits of movement, guiding them toward a pain-free lifestyle through recovery, injury prevention, and optimal health practices.
Outside of work, Courtney loves moving her body through Pilates and weightlifting, as well as basketball and getting out and about with friends.

Nathan Ryan
Remedial Massage Therapist
Nathan completed his Diploma of Remedial Massage at Chisholm Institute. He has had an interest in every sport that has been brought in front of him since his youth. With a love for every sport in the world and appreciation of all their unique playstyles and athletes, Nathan is excited to treat everyone no matter their sporting code.
For those struggling with postural related pain, Nathan has a key focus on analysing posture and movement in his practice with the goal to get clients moving to their full potential.
In Nathan’s spare time you can see him down at Casey stadium playing basketball, running around the local tracks, and down at the movies (Big sci-fi nerd!)

Biscuit
CVO (Chief Vibes Officer)
Biscuit is our official clinic mascot and resident movement motivator. With an unshakable commitment to team morale, Biscuit takes his role very seriously (especially when treats are involved).
You’ll find him attending every Myo Plus event, cheering us on with enthusiastic zoomies and gentle reminders to stretch, breathe, and enjoy the moment. Whether he’s supervising a team meeting or encouraging a walk break, Biscuit’s mission is simple: keep the energy high and the good vibes flowing.
He is paws-itively essential to the crew 🐾
